Careers Wales - There are many agencies that support young people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and their families. Some of the larger organisations are listed in the link. Talk to your Careers Adviser to find out more about other local organisations that may be able to provide support.
Find out about the support available to help you into work if you have a disability or health condition. Access to Work can offer you financial and practical support to help you get or stay in work. The support will be based on your needs, for example a grant to help you get to and from work and support with managing your health at work. Through Access to Work you can also apply to get money for communication support at a job interview.
Are you a parent carer and in employment or wish to work? Working Families provides information and resources for people who work or wish to work and have caring responsibilities for dependants with a disability.
Your Jobcentre Plus work coach can tell you about support you can get to help you combine work with looking after children or caring responsibilities. Help with moving from benefits to work
Access to Work can help you get or stay in work if you have a physical or mental health condition or disability. The support you get will depend on your needs. Through Access to Work, you can apply for:
