Are you in need of information on bowel and bladder conditions or potty training? Eric UK The Childrens Bowel and Bladder Charity provide clinically approved information and resources to help with potty training and children's bowel and bladder conditions and have a free helpline.

Are you looking for Free sanitary products? - Customers in need can now go to any Morrisons customer service desk nationwide and ask for a package for ‘Sandy’ or a ‘period product pack’. The customers will then be given a free discreet envelope with sanitary products and no questions asked. The package is made up of a brown paper bag with two single sanitary towels. Package For Sandy - Morrisons local initiative goes nationwide to tackle period poverty (morrisons-corporate.com) Your local food bank might provide sanitary products or toiletries. Do you need advice on health related matters? PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) – can offer you confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters. They provide a point of contact for patients, their families and their carers. They may also be able to advise on hospital parking concession schemes.

Skiggle offer support for disabled individuals, by funding and operating a unique round-the-clock SOS emergency alert service. This provides a place for people to turn to if they urgently need a piece of equipment, feed, or disability care product. All you need to do is sign up to join the skiggle community and if someone within your geographical area puts out a call for help, you will be alerted and could provide a lifeline for another person in the disabled world. You never know when you might need someone’s help yourself. Skiggle also runs an online marketplace where people can safely give away and distribute disability care products and equipment and a Facebook forum where people can join for daily help, support and advice.

Are you in need of free emergency period products? Denbighshire County Council, through the Welsh Government Period Dignity Grant, have secured funding to support Denbighshire’s residents and visitors to access free emergency period products. These products are supplied by TOTM, a multi-award winning period care brand who hope to inspire better, sustainable ways to manage periods. For further information about TOTM please visit the TOTM website (external website). The display units include a variety of Eco-Friendly and Plastic Free sanitary products, and can be found at many public building restrooms, including many of Denbighshire County Council’s libraries. They are also available in Accessible Restrooms.

The UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) - lets you get state healthcare in Europe at a reduced cost or sometimes for free. If you have a UK European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) it will be valid until the expiry date on the card. Once it expires, you’ll need to apply for a GHIC to replace it. GHIC and EHIC do not replace travel insurance.
